TECH DETAILS
San Louis Obispo (50%) and Paso Robles (50%). In San Louis Obispo County 2022 provided dry, hot days followed by cool nights, giving the grapes a perfect growing season with minimal frost issues. Mother Nature created the perfect conditions for beautiful phenolic maturity and we harvested slightly earlier than usual. Dry conditions in Paso Robles led to smaller, but more concentrated grapes.
