WINE OVERVIEW
Mostly from the west side of Paso Robles-Willow Creek, Templeton Gap, and small amounts of a few other AVAs to add intrigue and complexity to this 100% Cabernet Sauvignon.
TASTING NOTES
Deep ruby color. Aromatics of red, blue, and black fruits. Red and ripe dark cherry, blueberry, black currant, plum, mocha, black tea, and exotic spice. Medium body with supportive structure from the fine tannins. Complex elegance, with both restrained power and a supple, fine finish.
TECH DETAILS
The vineyards are located in Luján de Cuyo and Maipu with soil that is made up of clay and loam soil. The grapes are hand harvested. The wine goes through malolactic fermentation and is unoaked to retain the pure flavors of the grapes.
